Hi TapaniS,
Generally, current available defragmentation software has similar features. My two favorite software are Perfect Disk 7 and Diskeeper 10. Im using both of them now. Perfect disk is able to defrag up to 5% of available minimun space in the hard drive (Diskeeper10 =20%). Diskeeper have a feature called I-Faast which I like too.
If your storage is almost full i would recommend Perfectdisk7..
