Yes, it is. Here it is with AICH hash value attached for corrupt part checking. It is the Eugene Nalimov egtb verified with Marc B.'s md5sum. I received the file from Nelson Hernandez, who got them from Eugene. I have sent the link to Kirill, who probably has posted it by now.
