ProDeo 1.8

Post by Rebel »

Hi Graham, Adam, Shauwn,

I have a favor to ask. Could you guys be so kind to put ProDeo 1.8 on the CCRL rack also?

From the CCRL data I get:

Code: Select all

CCRL 40/4
   ProDeo 1.81 2703 (1244 games)
   ProDeo 1.74 2593 (1115 games)
From the CEGT data I get:

Code: Select all

CEGT 40/4
   ProDeo 1.8 2526 (1700 games)
   ProDeo 1.81 2507 (2522 games)
   ProDeo 1.72 2466 (2445 games)
The CEGT 40/20 data also shows a 25 elo in favor of ProDeo 1.8 above version 1.81

My reason for asking to test ProDeo 1.8 as well is a bit complicated, I will try to explain. The 1.7x series were meant for self exploration if I could still program after all these years, the 1.8x series were meant to develop a testing environment that works on one simple quad PC and if successful write a technical web-page about it for programmers. And so far as the CEGT results indicate that (current) testing environment fails as the CEGT results are in contradiction with my own results, see: http://www.top-5000.nl/prodeo181.htm

So I can use some second opinion data

Thanks in advance for your consideration.

Hi Ed,

I am the person who tested ProDeo 1.81, and I normally try very hard to fill requests by programmers (and I definitely would for you). Unfortunately, my two testing computers are tied up with another project that I feel obligated to finish as quickly as possible (a couple of missteps has put me behind schedule). So, I do not know when I could test ProDeo 1.8. It may be another month or more.
