Hermann retains its Division 3 spot.
Matacz will drop into Division 4 for the 18th series.
GarboChess will playoff against BBChess to determine which division that each will play in.

BBChess remains in Division 4.

Meanwhile, Deuterium has now qualified for Division 2 and will play a final match against Critter to see whether it's good enough to play in Division 1.
