Which filesystem (linux)

I'm preparing to move my tablebases to a dedicated drive. I was wondering if anyone had thoughts on what filesystem I should use. My gut says to use JFS, but maybe someone knows better?
I run both native linux engines and windows engines through wine if that matters.
