My thanks to all who helped generate 5-1 EGTB. Question

Not to long ago I see that we now have all 5-1 egtb's generated and that there was some general talk about possibly someone transposing the stats into Eugene formated stat files. Does anyone know if anything has been done and who may be working on it. I am very interested in those stats but unfortunately need them in Eugene format for me to work on them.

Hi Les,
yes, indeed generation of the 5-1 EGTB is finished. However, due to a lot of work, I have not been able to start a systematic study of the statistics (e.g. maxdtm, maximal lines etc.). I think that the egtb are freely downloadable from Kirill's ftp account, so please feel free to work with them. Please note that there are some general problems with respect to the different numering and the different ways of treating symmetries in the Nalimov and the FEG egtb. Hence the numbers will in general be not completely equal.
I hope to have some more time to study the egtb in a few weeks.
