New Engine: Topas

Hello all! My name is Sam Nelson and I'm from the US. As a hobby project, I've been developing a UCI chess engine and would love to see it tested on CCRL. The engine, called Topas, is free and open source and can be found here:

The latest release (v1.3.3) with Windows and Linux executables can be found here:

I'm estimating an ELO rating of around 1800/1900, based on some initial testing against other engines around that range.
