Version 23.12 of Jacky Chess

Hi All,

I have released a new version of jacky chess under https://github.com/matthiaslang/jackych ... /tag/23.12.

It has more evaluation terms and retuned code and should be around 80 Elo stronger than 23.06. ( so roughly around 2760 Elos).
