Hi! I'm Happy to announce the realease of Mida v2.2, which comes with a lot of improvements in search and in transposition entries.
Note: Hash size is now an option, and default is set to 64 MB.

These are the results I got against v2.1:
// Score of v2.2 vs v2.1: 118 - 16 - 66 [0.755]
// ... v2.2 playing White: 70 - 8 - 23 [0.807] 101
// ... v2.2 playing Black: 48 - 8 - 43 [0.702] 99
// ... White vs Black: 78 - 56 - 66 [0.555] 200
// Elo difference: 195.5 +/- 42.0, LOS: 100.0 %, DrawRatio: 33.0 %
// 200 of 200 games finished.

Also, note that v2.1 had a fixed hash size of 180 MB, and in these results v2.2 had only 64 MB.
My elo guess is 3100 in 40/15 (let's call it also hope). I don't know about blitz, because sadly v2.1 hasn't been tested yet.
Thanks to everyone, especially Graham Banks, for the amazing tournaments Mida was made part of :)
As always, the release with all the details is here https://github.com/GiacomoPorpiglia/Mida

There are few testers but many engines to test. To be able to test all versions of Mida, I'd call that a fantasy.

I have just started a tournament for the blitz list. Not likely to finish this week though.
