New Version Jacky Chess 0.14.3

Dear CCRL Community

I have released a new version of Jacky Chess with several optimizations and some minor bug fixes.

It supports now FRC properly.

Estimated ELO strength:

Single Threaded: ~2580 ELOs
4 Threads, 512MB Cache: ~2700 ELOs
