Release Jacky Chess V 0.12.0

Dear CCRL Community

I have released a new version of Jacky Chess with some optimizations and bug fixes.
In Self Play it is +178 Elos stronger than the Version 0.10.0. So in theory it should have a rating around ~2250.

It has now also a relative stable multi threading mode using lazy SMP. However - it is not very much tested by me.
In self Play 4 threads with 4 times Cache is ~100 Elos stronger than single threaded. Not sure if you test engines in multi thread mode anyway....
