CCRL 40/2 Blitz 8-CPU engines only list

CCRL 40/2 Blitz 8-CPU engines only list
The CCRL 40/2 Blitz has lists for 1-CPU engines only, 2-CPU engines only, and 4-CPU engines only. However, in the past two years, the testers for the CCRL 40/2 have been testing 8-CPU engines as well, but there is no separate list for 8-CPU engines only. It would be a good idea to include a separate list for 8-CPU engines only, similar to what CCRL currently does for the other 3 lists.

We did manage to implement this. We put the RTX 2080 engines in the 8CPU lists as well since they are competing in the same space, but another option is to have a separate list for them.
