Deepov

Post by RomainGoussault »

Hello :D

We are pleased to present you the first official release of Deepov, an open-source C++ engine.
The main authors are Navid Hedjazian and Romain Goussault both from France.

Github page: https://github.com/RomainGoussault/Deepov/
Linux and Windows binairies: https://github.com/RomainGoussault/Deep ... naries.zip

So far we have tested it on Linux with cutechess and on Windows64 with Arena.

We would be happy if you could include it in the 40/40 and 40/4 tournaments.

Cheers,
Romain

Roughly how strong do you estimate Deepov to be?

Hi Graham,

Somes questions :

Is there any king of procedure for notifying you whenever there is a new release of the engine?
Should I just post in this thread whenever this is the case?

Will you also test Deepov in the 40/40 time control?

Could you please correct the author to Romain Goussault and Navid Hedjazian please on this page --> http://www.computerchess.org.uk/ccrl/40 ... 4%2064-bit

Thanks!

Hi Romain,

you can announce new versions in here if you wish, but Talkchess is also a good idea, as you'll get more of an audience there.

Cheers,
Graham.
