Olympus egtb updates.

Post by jshriver »

I've added more files, I'm still adding more so ignore the last file till it's stable.

kbpkpp is complete
krpkbp is still being uploaded (currently 13 files are fully uploaded)

Please let me know if you have any problems or if there are any corruption problems. I've done my best to insure they are ok.

Hi Josh,

thank you for supporting us with your webserver. Could kqpkrn be the next set? It is a set with big files and has a small number of known clients in eMule.

Thank you again.

Sure thing, I'll start uploading them as soon as I get down with krpkbp.
My hosting company just doubled my storage capacity for free :) So now I can host 60gigs worth of data and now have 500 gigs transfer a month instead of 300. My bandwith at home is kinda slow so I dont get to host on emule that often.

Let me know if there are any problems.

Hi Josh

First of all, thank you for offering the files for download.

I've downloaded krpkbp.b.nbb.emd twice from your host and it was defective twice - so most likely the version you offer is defective. Can you please check the md5sum on your side? Thanks.

Till the upload is complete always disregard the last file in the list, as that is the file I'm currently uploading. I'm literally ftp'ing the files directly to the directory that's hosting them.

Did the others ones seem ok?

So it looks as I was just a bit too greedy, now it is ok. The other completed files, wtm 0-a and btm 0-b, are all fine. Thanks!

Re: I suggest KQPKBP as next set :-)

Pachnes wrote:Hi Josh,

you will finish uploading KQPKRN soon. Could KQPKBP be the next set you provide? It is a set with few Clients, who do share it.

Would it generally be possible for you, to upload some very rare files (not full sets!) out of TB42p ?

For a few files from TB42p Dan still is the only source avaiable. If you would agree to this, I would send you or publish here a list of these rare files.
Good evening,

At one point I wanted to make a polling system so people could request files that I could then put into an upload queue, but due to time I dropped it.

However feel free to msg here or email me a list of files that you feel are important. If I have them I'll try my best to share them. However I don't have the full set so I may not be able to host them.

Have a good night,
Josh

np, you're welcome. I just wish I had the bandwidth at home as I have on the server so I could host to emule directly.

Always... once I see the bandwidth drop a decent amount.. I know the bulk of people have what they want.. then I delete the files on the server and start a new upload queue :)

The server is paid for till Jan.. so until then I'm going to leech as much from my provider as possible... lol till now I've never reached my max upload.. but this month it's been insane.. hense why it might go down in a day or two. But I will try my best to get as much data to as many ppl as possible.

While I have a sucky upload at home.. this is my way of contributing to the community I treasure.
