New UCI Engine: Fischerle

Hi all,

I've just released my chess engine Fischerle. See its Chess Programming Wiki page http://chessprogramming.wikispaces.com/Fischerle. Its estimated playing strength lies in the ELO 2000-2300 range.

Fischerle implements the UCI protocol. I've used it together with Arena 3.0 on Windows 7 Professional 64bit, where it should work fine.

I'd be verry happy if you could include it in your ongoing testings and ranking tournaments.
