The FRC Ratings list has been updated for Hermann 2.3 64-bit. It is approx 65-70 ELO stronger than Hermann 2.0 under these conditions. The pure list is the one to look at, link here

Shredder 11 remains the strongest publicly available FRC engine under these test conditions, and tops the pure list.
