New version of Devel

A new version of this UCI engine is now available, Devel 3.0.0a

The strength is probably in the range ELO 2750 - 2800

The Antivirus program Windows Defender may claim that Devel 3.0.0a contains malicious code. But that is not true. If this happens you may download Devel 3.0.0b instead, see web site

I have decided to withdraw version 3.0.0a of Devel and removed it from the web site. Because of the annoying error messages from several antivirus programs (including Bitdefender) which claims that there is a Trojan.GenericKD in the zip file.

Therefore Devel 3.0.0b is the new version. This version has been created using a different compiler and there are no error messages any more.
