A new amateur UCI engine

I am a C++ hobby programmer and have developed a UCI chess engine for Windows, called Devel (for 'development').

The strength of the program is probably at least ~ 2600 ELO

I would appreciate it very much if anybody would test the program in order to determine its strength,
