Qualification Criteria
The latest version of the engine must be available for free download.
No engine directly derived from others (eg, Toga II 1.1a) is eligible.
The engine must still be considered to be in development.
If a later free version of an engine is released during the tournament, it will replace the existing version with those games being replayed.
