The top three from this division will be promoted into next season's Division 3 tournament and the bottom five will be relegated into next season's Division 5 tournament.
This is due to the extra two engines having been added into Division 3.
Updated versions of engines that become publicly available during the tournament will replace the existing versions with all relevant games being replayed.
