Yes, solvable. There are two kinds of pieces of each color, which is same like in checkers. A 10-piece endgame tablebase was constructed for checkers by the Chinook team. Here the board has 26 squares, much fewer than 32 in checkers, so this game is much easier to solve. Also here you need to solve only a particular configurations of material, in checkers' 10 pieces EGTB there are many configurations. Also unlike checkers there are no sub-endgames in this game. (There is an "anchor" in this game, which probably does not add more complexity than 6 extra squares).

Easily or not depends on what you call easy. It needs skill, patience and lot of computer time.
