After a month or so of downloading 6-man tablebases, I have about 500GB, so I'm making good progress! Although I won't be downloading them until after i finish with the other 6-man tablebases, are the 5-1 files available anywhere? Also, what is the file size of the 5-1 files?

There are no 5-1 files available. Currently there is also no way you would be able to use them if they were available.
