Wikipedia entry on 'Endgame Tablebases'

Post by guyhaw »

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Endgame_tablebase is probably as good a description of the 'why and how' of EGTs, so my thanks to whoever wrote it.
Obviously, it could still evolve - and there are one or two corrections to make. How does one 'join in' as an author? I ought to know - but don't.

Hello guyhaw! Wikipedia is a collaborative effort and there are many authors, including me, for the Endgame tablebase article. You do not need to join Wikipedia to edit the article. Just use the "edit this page" link at the top of the page. :) However, I strongly encourage you to create an account anyway -- read Wikipedia: Why create an account? for more information.

When or if you decide to edit, you should first at least glance over Wikipedia:Introduction and Wikipedia:Tutorial.
Communication usually fails, except by accident.
