Using RunTbGen.exe

I'm new here and wish to do my own tablebase generating (why should you guys have all the fun... :cry: ). I have downloaded RunTbGen.exe from eMule, opened it, but cannot get it to work at all....All suggestions welcome!

It is 'RunTbGen.rar' (which contains the windows executables):
