To be honest, I don't see much point in testing it, it's just a normal Mida, probably using a Stockfish net.

Re: Mida 2.0 Released
I have just compiled this using the -static flag so it will include everything needed (I think).
Will delete it soon to save space.

I don't understand why Mida 2 generates an NNUE file when it is already integrated in the exe.

Or this one? See move 32. Could be some strange Arena bug but I have never seen such a thing before. [Event "CederChess 1 - Aug 15"] [Site "Szentendre"] [Date "2023.08.16"] [Round "29"] [White "CederChess 1"] [Black "Neurone XXVII"] [Result...

How about this? Look at move 58. I wonder why Arena let the game continue. [Event "CederChess 1 - Aug 15"] [Site "Szentendre"] [Date "2023.08.16"] [Round "31"] [White "CederChess 1"] [Black "Project Invincible 2.10"] [Result "1-0"...

Hi Nik,
I have taken note of your request and I've put your engine in y testing queue. I think I can start testing it in a couple of days if other things go as planned.

I released v1.0.1. Same as the original, but with windows binaries and compilable without BMI2 instructions. https://github.com/teswayze/rengar/releases/tag/v1.0.1 The BMI2 exe you provide does not run on my PC, it complains of several missing DLL's. I tried the makefile but it issued uncountable e...

Re: New engine: CederChess
Hi Claus,
Not a problem, only it is probably an advantage for the opponents. Anyway, it seems to be about equal to opponents in the 1100-1300 range.
I agree that you should not hurry with new versions.
I am looking forward to the development of your engine. Good luck!
PS. Elo was a man.

Re: New engine: CederChess
Hi Claus, It's refreshing to see a new weak engine. Your compile is OK but I thought I'd make a 64-bit one. I have successfully compiled it but it does not move. I don't know why, maybe it hates 64-bit architecture (I have an i7-12700K CPU). No problem, 32-bit is fine. I am going to test it at some ...

If possible do it so that it accepts incremental time even if the values are not whole seconds, e.g. 1.6 s + 0.8 s.shaunihowe wrote: ↑Sat Aug 05, 2023 1:31 pm I will try and get time control support added over the weekend, will release as version 0.99 once done.
