Hello

The problem seems to come from wilhelm. I tested the position with wilhelm and have the same results as Kirill
But all works well with shredder classic and fritz 9 (mate in 127 after Rf2+ )

Hello

Thanks to Wulff for sharing these files ; it was paradoxical to need only a few hours for kqqqkx (your fritz 3 finds the mate) and that it was difficult to get very interesting ones as kbbpkq .

I do not understand very well how a top grandmaster annotator can ignore what tablebases are, or where to find them (chessbase sell a little part of them.....) . The general win in kbbkn is known since more than twenty years... Can you imagine a top grandmaster with no knowledge of Averbach or Fine'...

Hello

No more information about krppkr.2.nbw . The new edition from chessbase DVD must be out now in Germany.

The krppkq files : Wilhelm checking answered "defective" but now the set of files is complete and it answers "integer"

Thank you for your answer I just meant that the answer of the wilhelm program when I ask it to check the files (krppkr from chessbase DVD , the three krppkq from recent dowloading on E-mule is "damaged" The second part of your answer does not help me because I have first to learn many thin...

Hello

as known by many krppkr.2.nbw emd sold by chessbase two years ago is damaged ; sorry for those who dowloaded it since 4th March
error messages too for the following files ( = damaged in Wilhelm ):

krppkq.5.nbb krppkq.3.nbb and krppkq.6.nbb
