SCTR 1.1e Release
Hey everyone, I just released SCTR 1.1. It now supports up to 4 threads so this is a 4CPU release. I'm expecting a ~200 ELO increase over the previous version for shorter time controls.

A Windows exe will be necessary for us to test it. The uci option of hash only is fine as long as it only uses one core. You should release the engine for all to use rather than keep it private.
