My friend and I have created a 5-man pawnless EGTB generator. Marking black-in-check and white-in-check positions is done in bulk first and takes only a fraction of a second. Move counting blacks "legal" moves is done next, but this takes such a long time and I just don't see how this can ...

It looks like your post about counting blacks moves in bulk are in fact pseudo-legal moves.
Would you or anyone else have any ideas on how count blacks legal moves in bulk?
