Re: Can we add this .torrent file to Olympuschess tracker ?

Please consider this request removed now, I will stop checking for a reply. I will also create my own solution otherwise, no worries.

Can we add this .torrent file to Olympuschess tracker ?

Speaking of the 3-4-5-6 man nalimov egtb's. I'd love to leave any excess bandwidth open (No ISP complaints with that, finally now being on a dedicated line). I've trickled it out for the last 6 or 7 years quietly :) I realize that there is a HTTP source, but with the nature of bit torrent, that sour...

33 Sub Set available on Bit Torrent

I have added the complete 33 sub set into my bit torrent shares. I invite anyone else with these files to also download the torrent file and seed as well. I notice a lot of funky/defeciencies issues with emule. 1.) If I FTP a file to a friend, they get my full bandwidth, while on eMule, they seem to...

I have an extra system (Dual MP2400 - 2GB memory). I can generate this data if the process is explained here. Be more than happy to post the databases after completion.

As I understand it the code to convert FEG to Nalimov is not freely available?

What would this take? I would be willing to pay a coder to generate this code. assume a huge amount of memory would be needed, perhaps a sun system running unix could do this?

I cannot imagine the size of these databases, but would be a very interesting undertaking.

Any ideas?

First of the 16 missing avail

Here is the first of the missing 16 TB files available for download: http://techgeared.com/TB/kbnkpp.0.nbb.emd The link won't be valid until the upload is finished (3 hours time). I will just update http://techgeared.com/ as I finish uploading anymore files. Going to get some rest for now. Matt[

I have created http://www.techgeared.com/ as an index page for the currently hosted TB's. For the time being I will be uploading the missing 16 3+3 w/ pawn TB files for everyone to download. PLEASE share these on emule after the download! Let me have some feedback on download speeds, especially when...

Ah, couldn't resist getting the 100GB/1000GB any longer. Site might be down for a few hours as the servers are changed over.

40 days and 40 nights I think and this will be done (4+2 section hosted)

Just upped the plan to 50GB storage/500GB transfer. Hosting paid through for another 20'ish months. Will change this to 100GB storage/1000GB transfer as I need it. I'll see how 'tapped' the server gets, I can always mirror this onto a second. At least one section fully covered would be a very good t...

techgeared.com tablebases

If anyone is still waiting for this file in emule, here it is:

krrrkq.nbw.emd http://www.techgeared.com/TB/krrrkq.nbw.emd

I'd like to host the entire 4+2 (no pawns) collection as a start, I'll see what money allows and how things work over the next couple of weeks.

Thanks,

Matt
